I had the most incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and taken care of. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are absolutely stunning, with beautiful design and thoughtful touches. The private soaker tub in my upgraded room was a dream come true! I also loved the mini courtyard, it felt like my own private oasis. The location of this place is perfect, with easy access to the beach and stunning views. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The hotel facilities were well kept and the cleanliness was impressive. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the location was perfect for our needs. the best aspect of this hotel was the staff's service.

We had an incredible time at The Colonial. Our room had a beautiful plunge pool that was unexpected. The staff, especially Stacey, Edgar, and Minor, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The ceviche at the newly opened Ceviche Bar was amazing. The beach captains Larry and Dennis were fantastic. The cultural programs in the evening were a great addition. we had a wonderful experience at The Colonial and highly recommend it.

What a magical experience! The perfect spot for a romantic escape with your loved one. The scenery is breathtaking and the weather is warm. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always making us feel at home. We loved the delicious food, especially the fresh seafood, and the excellent cocktails. The complimentary snorkeling and paddleboarding activities were a great touch, as well as the nearby access to the jungle tours. We also appreciated the peacefulness and privacy of our room, with an amazing view of the ocean.

That the Wi-Fi wasn't very strong in our room, but it didn't take away from the amazing atmosphere of the hotel. The only other issue was the rocky shore, which might be a little difficult for people with mobility challenges to navigate.

Great rooms with beautiful views of the ocean and nice amenities. The location was perfect for a relaxing holiday with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the start.

The food was not of a high standard and lacked variety. the service was slow and we often had to wait for a long time before getting our orders.

My family and I had the most amazing time at a resort in Belize. The location was perfect for exploring the jungle and the reef. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a great view of the beach. The staff was exceptional, making us feel recognized and special. We enjoyed the complimentary kayaks and paddleboards, as well as the delicious breakfast and dinners served at the restaurant. The adventurous members of our group went reef fishing and saw bio-luminescence at night. the facilities and room advantages were great and we highly recommend this resort.

The availability of shaded spots by the pool was limited and could use some improvements.
